A native of Metro-Detroit, Rob has a diverse background with 18 years of proven experience in executive management, sales, and technical consulting.

Rob earned a BS in Geography and Marketing from Central Michigan University, as well as an MBA from Colorado State University. He believes that education is important, but not essential to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Besides spending many years in the corporate world working for companies such as Ford Motor Company, Pilatus Business Aircraft, and Yazaki North America, he has started and run more than nine small businesses. His most recent accomplishments include a commercial and residential flooring company in the Metro-Denver area called Natural Wood Floors, LLC (www.NaturalWoodFloors.biz) restoration, property management, and commercial construction companies.

With his wife Kristie McNealy, MD he also founded NICU 101, LLC (www.NICU101.com) to develop and market niche preemie baby items. This startup is quickly becoming the leading suppler of niche items for preemie babies. Rob and Kristie also donate their time to charities including the March of Dimes.

Rob and Kristie are both ambitious entrepreneurs and enjoy the flexibility of working for themselves so they can spend more time raising their children and enjoying life.

In the future, they plan on starting a foundation dedicated to supporting the needs of families with babies in the NICU.
